How corrections are handled
We review the published claim against the best available source. Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible. Significant corrections should be explained on the affected page; minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.
Developing information
NOUN schedules, portal conditions and administrative decisions can change. When accurate information later becomes outdated, we update it and state the latest verification date. When facts remain uncertain, the page should say so clearly.
No silent rewriting of material facts
We do not intentionally preserve information we know is false, and we do not change a consequential conclusion merely to satisfy commercial pressure.
