Service purpose
NOUN UPDATE provides independent educational support, including AI-assisted summaries generated from available course materials. The summaries support study and revision; they do not replace the official material, tutor guidance or examination instructions.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account details, protecting your password and reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not use another student’s account, payment reference or wallet.
Wallet and course access
Unless the displayed price changes, one course unlock costs ₦500.00. A course entitlement is charged once per account and remains available while the service and relevant account records remain active. Wallet funds are service credits and are not a bank account.
Payments and refunds
Paystack payments are credited only after server verification. If you are debited but the wallet is not credited, do not pay again immediately; check the wallet and contact support with the reference. Refund requests are reviewed according to payment evidence, whether service credits were used, duplicate-payment status and applicable consumer obligations.
Accuracy and responsible use
The system is designed to retain substantive course content, explain calculations and languages, and label supplementary explanations. Automated material can still contain errors. Verify formulae, dates, quotations and official requirements against the course material. Do not present generated content as an official NOUN publication.
Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, bypass payment or access controls, scrape accounts, submit malicious course text, share credentials, resell account access or interfere with other students’ data.
Availability and changes
Features may be maintained, improved or temporarily unavailable. Material, AI and payment providers may also experience downtime. Where practical, cached sections and verified entitlements are preserved.
