Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) is implementing a 10-weeks full time Legislative Internship Program with support from the European Union (EU) for young Nigerians who wish to gain knowledge of legislative practice and process at the National Assembly.
Requirements
(i) At least, a first degree in any discipline from a Tertiary Institution
(ii) Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Program
(iii) Good English writing and speaking skills
(iv) Good computer skills
(v) Between 21 and 35 years of age
Benefits
Only stipends to cover transportation and lunch costs within Abuja will be provided. The interns will be responsible for other logistics costs. It is advised that prospective interns be able to reside within Abuja or bear the cost of residing in Abuja throughout the duration of the internship, as PLAC will not provide accommodation.
Deadline
All applications must be received by Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Applications sent after this date or in breach of the application procedure will not be considered. The Internship provides equal opportunity for participation.
