Memo On The Rectification Of Issue For NYSC Graduation Listing For Issuance Of Exclusion Letter

This list of students on the excel file attached earlier are those who convoked during the 2023 convocation whose details cannot be uploaded on the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) portal for issuance of Exclusion Letter.

In view of the above, the students whose name appeared on the attached documents are urgently requested to contact the centre before the close of work tomorrow Thursday 6th April 2023, to provide their information in the format as shown below:
i. Matriculation Number
ii. Full Names which should not contain abbreviation and not more than three names in this order (Surname, First Name and Middle name)
III. Date of Birth in this order (dd/mm/yyyy) e.G 31/12/1980
IV.�State of Origin
V. �Phone Number
VI.�Gender.

N.B:
1. Please note that this information is for the attached 2023 graduates ONLY and failure to meet up with the above stated date, your NYSC exclusion letter will not be available for the next batch.
2. Graduate(s) not in the 2023 Convocation List and whose record is not in the NYSC portal can send an email containing their details as stated in I-VI above directly to nyscenquiries@noun.Edu.Ng
